Faith-Based Actors and the Sustainable Development Goals

The manual provides guidelines for organizing training for churches and other faith-based actors on the United Nations Agenda 2030 and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). It includes six learning modules on SDGs, showing how they link to the work of faith actors, and concrete step-by-step instructions for training facilitators.

The manual comes with four PowerPoint presentations and the so-called “SDG Cross-Cube” as a pedagogical tool to help training participants reflect on their learning progress. Developed by the LWF Waking the Giant team, the manual includes contributions from network members. Due to technical limitations, these documents cannot be added on this page, but are available on the LWF web site.
